The CXTrendTalks

Running in parallel with the finals, we will have 6 presentations from representatives of great organisations talking about CX. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion made up of all the presenters, to discuss the state of CX in the region.

How will the sessions work?


The sessions will start around 9 and finish after lunch.

Six 30 minute sessions on the state of CX in the region, with time for questions.

6 CX specialists from the region and beyond will talk about the state of CX in their countries and in the region.

The sessions will be followed by a 30 minute panel discussion. The panel will answer questions from the audience and the chair.

Finalists, non-finalists and judges will be invited to attend.

Keynote Speaker

Spiros Milonas
Founder Krataion Consulting, CCXP

He has a broad commercial experience in areas such as Strategy & Business Development, Sales, and Marketing and has worked in various organizations including Hewlett-Packard, the European Commission, and Sony Ericsson. Before starting Krataion he was Head of Sales for Southeast Europe in Sony Ericsson. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Instituto de Impresa.

Parents and friends of children treated for cancer and their families united in the mission of improving the quality of treatment and life of sick children and their families. Nurdor was founded in 2003 in Belgrade and since then they have been taking care of children and parents on a daily basis throughout Serbia.
